Bye Bye Pull-ups
Today, Emmy's Daycare provider advised me that Emmy can come in panties to daycare now, as she has proven she can remain dry all day and use the toilet. We weren't sure when this would come as she has 4 year old in pull ups still. However, our little girl proved to Denise that she is a big kid. It' bittersweet really. My baby is growing up. However, I AM DONE CHANGING DIAPERS!!!!!! Oh yeah, baby!!!

thats good news! my boys go to bed w/o there diapers by age 3. i just noticed them yakking it out when they want to pee at night coz maybe they feel uncomfortable when it gets wet. but they never peed on the bed, instead they would go down and pee on the floor. so when i see them start to go down, i would bring them to the toilet. it was easy from then on...
Awesome Jan..you must be so proud of Em and one less hassle for you to have to deal with. Joys of growing up..which they do too fast!! Sarah is walking up a storm these days..will not sit still. Getting into the usual mischievious stuff like drawers;kitchen cupboards;plants. You almost need eyes in the back of your head to watch her!! We are having a blast as grandma & Grandpa. From the title I had guessed that you were giving up doing chin-up exercises.
She deserves an award some sort of recognition.
Also don't you think it odd that we learn to walk and talk before we learn not to soil ourselves.
Yay for no more diapers/pull-ups! Such a great accomplishment!
